This Practice Well Supervision session focuses on recognizing and responding when supervisees demonstrate performance concerns, clinical drift, or emerging competence issues. Participants will examine structured approaches for early identification, ethical response, and appropriate documentation while maintaining supportive and developmentally appropriate supervision.
